our last stay
this is my 3rd visit to this hotel.but it will be the last one although the hotel location is excellent .
i notesed that the room cleanliness were so bad this time there were dust everywhere, the room also smell bad,the towels are not good at all. the kitchen tools are poor there is no adequate tools . the receptionest were really fantastic and professional. but the house keeping were so so bad they do not clean the room well they do not take the garbage when they clean the room. do not replace the all the towells , did not add towels or soaps once they clean the room. and the most thing shocked us when they refused
to wash the dishes we call them and they said it is not allowed!!
